Yesterday I had a photoshoot for a labor company at one of their factories in West Virginia. Mike and I took a ZipCar over and got to spend the afternoon together - thanks for canceling class, Lowry!

Steelers win, Pittsburgh riots.
I went out right after the Super Bowl game to photograph the anticipated riots here in the Oakland area of Pittsburgh. It was mostly Pitt students, with a mix of CMU'ers and even some random adults from the area. I was super-impressed by how well the cops handled the crowds - sure there were torn down signs, leveled busstops, broken library windows and bonfires in the streets, but I still haven't heard of any major personal injuries.
